- Supporting treatment for organ-related and metabolic complaints
Your first appointment
The first appointment begins with a detailed conversation: your complaints, but also earlier injuries, operations and accidents, and what your daily life looks like. In osteopathy many things are connected that seem unrelated at first sight, which is why this part takes longer than you may be used to.
We then examine you with our hands, looking for connections between where it hurts and where the cause may sit. We explain what we find before we treat. Mild tiredness or a feeling similar to muscle ache in the following days is normal. How many sessions make sense can only be judged honestly after the first treatment — and we will tell you openly if we think osteopathy is not the right approach for you.
Please bring: comfortable clothing and any medical reports, doctor’s letters or imaging.
Cost and billing
Please allow 30 to 60 minutes and 95 euros for your first appointment. Follow-up appointments usually take around 30 minutes and cost 75 euros.
In Germany, osteopathy is mostly a self-pay service. Many statutory health insurers reimburse part of the cost, but the rules differ from insurer to insurer — ask yours before your appointment how much they cover. As a self-payer you receive an invoice for the treatment.
