We first ask exactly where it hurts, since when and in which situations. With medical massage we then work specifically on the affected muscle groups — this may feel uncomfortable in places, but should never become painful. Feel free to tell us during the treatment if the pressure is too strong.
With wellness massage the focus is on relaxation; with foot reflexology we work via the reflex points on the foot. We will decide together before your first appointment which option suits you.
Health insurance & billing
The medical massage can be prescribed by a doctor: with a doctor’s prescription we bill your statutory or private health insurance. Simply bring the prescription to your first appointment.
