Not sure whether physiotherapy is right for your concern? Call us on 030 890 912 50 — we will tell you honestly whether we can help or whether another treatment would suit you better.

What happens at your first appointment

We start with a conversation. We ask about your medical history, previous injuries or operations and the situations in which your symptoms occur. This is followed by a physical examination: we check mobility, strength and resilience and look at how you move.

On this basis we discuss which methods make sense and what you can realistically expect. Your first treatment follows straight away. You will often also take exercises home with you — the work between appointments often decides how quickly things change.

What to bring: Your doctor’s prescription, comfortable clothing and, if available, medical reports or imaging. The length of each appointment depends on your prescription.

Health insurance & billing

Physiotherapy is usually billed via a doctor’s prescription to statutory or private health insurance. Simply bring your prescription to your first appointment – we take care of the rest. Self-paying patients are also welcome. Just give us a quick call on 030 890 912 50 – we will tell you in advance what your appointment costs. If you have international or travel health insurance, please check with your insurer beforehand whether treatment is covered – we are happy to provide a detailed invoice.
